About Bilancio

Bilancio is a passive energy optimization device that reduces electrical waste by filtering out harmonic distortion caused by common systems like elevators, HVAC units, and variable frequency drives. It helps multifamily properties run more efficiently—without using any electricity itself.
Each Bilancio device takes just 12–15 minutes to install. A certified, bonded electrician completes the process with no disruption to residents or daily operations.
Bilancio devices are built to last—with a guaranteed 30-year lifespan and zero required maintenance.
No. Bilancio is a 100% passive device. It does not consume electricity and does not add to your energy load.
At install, our team measures and verifies the flow of current through each device. We also apply normalization methods to help property owners understand the impact on energy efficiency over time.
This is extremely rare—but if it does happen, Bilancio offers full replacement at no cost. If a device were damaged or disconnected, it would not affect your panel’s operation and can be easily tested using a handheld meter.
It depends on how many electrical panels your property has. For full effectiveness, each panel from 120V to 480V connected to your building’s meter(s) should have its own Bilancio unit.
